בכניסה לשנת 2025, אנו גאים ומתרגשים להרהר בשלושה ניצחונות גדולים המדגימים את מחויבותנו לצמיחה, מסורת וקהילה. ניצחונות אלה מדגישים את כוחה של התנועה שלנו כשאנו עובדים יחד ויוצרים את הבמה לעתיד בהיר וחזק עוד יותר.

שלושה ניצחונות ענקיים שאנחנו חוגגים יחד:

1. מעל 90% בדרך ליעד החברות שלנו

In collaboration with our regional counterparts, we have worked tirelessly to ensure every Jewish teen feels welcomed and included in finding their space within BBYO. With membership numbers soaring to over 90% of our annual goal, we’re closer than ever to achieving a milestone that reflects the strength and commitment to an inclusive and passionate community.

This growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about forming meaningful connections and opportunities for Jewish teens worldwide. As our chapters and regions continue to welcome more teens, the power of our community grows, truly displaying how important it is to create safe and fun Jewish spaces for every teen. Evergreen Region never ceases to amaze after CRUSHING their membership goal in October, Great Midwest Region is engaging hundreds of Alephs after hitting their Aleph goal in December, and Mexico has successfully started their second chapter—they are stronger than EVER!

2. 200 נרשמים ל-CLTC במהלך ההרשמה המוקדמת

לראשונה מזה 3 שנים, הרישום המוקדם ל-CLTC הגיע ליותר מ-200 בני נוער, דבר המדגיש את אינספור השעות והמסירות שהשקיעו הרכזים וצוות הצוות כאחד כדי להצית מחדש את הניצוץ של CLTC. אנו גאים מאוד לעבוד עם צוות רכזים כה פנטסטי של קיץ לצד השליחים והמזכירים הבינלאומיים: אלכס דמרק, לינדזי גרינוולד, מיה שטרן, הארי בארנט, זארה סבולסקי ודילן ויינשטיין. מנהיגים אלה מכל רחבי המסדר מראים תשוקה ומחויבות אמיתית לדור הבא. הצלחה זו משקפת את מאמצינו המשותפים להמשיך ולפתח את CLTC, ILTC וכלה לאורך התנועה שלנו.

3. חיזוק התרבות והמסורת האזורית

Across BBYO, regions are hard at work revitalizing what makes their homes unique. Creating a supportive culture and memorable traditions fosters a deep sense of pride and belonging among members. This support allows new members and senior teens alike to see how extraordinary their contributions to their chapters and regions are, no matter how big or small.

From cherished chapter programs to time-honored rituals, regional bonds are growing stronger. From AZA & BBG education nights to countless big-little programs and the little moments at each regional convention, we are always amazed by the strength of our regions. These essential efforts have revitalized the aspects that make each community unique, ensuring that members feel connected to BBYO as a whole and to their local chapters and regions.

1. מגיעים ליותר מ-500 נרשמים ל-CLTC

With early bird registration off to a phenomenal start, our next goal is clear: reaching 500 participants for CLTC. This program is the heartbeat of leadership development in BBYO, and we’re committed to ensuring that every eligible member has the opportunity to have their life changed.

על ידי הדגשת ההשפעה הייחודית של CLTC, אנו שואפים ליצור אירוע סולד אאוט שיעצב את עתיד התנועה שלנו. עם ארבעה מפגשים מדהימים, תזמון לעולם לא אמור להיות בעיה, ומלגות יעזרו לכל נער/ה להשתתף. אנו רוצים לקרוא לכם לעזור גם לנו. כל סניף עם מעל 15 חברים צריך לשלוח לפחות נער/ה אחד/ת ל-CLTC, ואנחנו יודעים שזה יקרה. נער/ה אחד הוא מנהיג/ה אחד שחוזר/ת לסניף שלכם חזק/ה ומוכן/ת יותר לעתיד. אם אתם בסניף שאתם יודעים שאין בו נער/ה משתתפים/ת ב-CLTC (עדיין), צרו קשר עם נשיאי האזור שלכם לקבלת מידע נוסף או שלחו דוא"ל לאבי בכתובת aymhachaverot@bbyo.org או לוויל בכתובת moreh@bbyo.org . נתראה בקיץ הזה!!!

2. פסגת הערים הקטנות ומייסדי הסניפים הראשונה אי פעם

הכללה היא היבט מרכזי בתנועה שלנו, והשנה אנו פורצים דרך חדשה עם פסגת המייסדים הראשונה של ערים קטנות. חוויית הכנס הזו, שנמשכת סוף שבוע, תפגיש 40 בני נוער מקהילות חדשות וקטנות יותר, ותציע להם מרחב לשתף רעיונות, לשתף פעולה ולחגוג את האתגרים וההזדמנויות הייחודיים העומדים בפניהם.

עבור רבים, זהו המפגש הפיזי הראשון שבו הם יפגשו את עמיתיהם מקבוצת מייסדי הסניף. תינתן להם גם הזדמנות ללמוד עוד על מינוף המשאבים שלהם, על הישענות הדדית לתמיכה, ועל גילוי דרכים שונות לנהל סניף. זה כולל הובלת הנהלה, יצירת תוכניות בלתי נשכחות, והיותם מארחים מזמינים ואדיבים (מריאה!!!).

Finally, the weekend will be filled with fun, quintessential AZA and BBG moments that they will be able to model back home. By creating this space, we’re ensuring that no community is left behind and that every Jewish teen has an opportunity to be welcomed into our community.

3. תמיכה בארגונים עמיתים בתכניות כנס האביב

Tradition is at the heart of BBYO, and as we approach spring conventions, we are dedicated to helping our counterparts plan and execute meaningful programs. From deep separates to Lives, we are excited to work together to ensure these important experiences reflect the unique spirit and culture of each community while staying true to BBYO’s values.

לכל אזור יש דרך שונה לעשות דברים, בין אם זה השכרת אוטובוס כדי להביא את כל המועמדים לאירועי ההקדמה או יצירת סביבה שקטה ואינטימית. גיוון הוא מה שהופך את התנועה שלנו לכל כך ייחודית, ואנחנו מחויבים לעזור לעמיתינו לראות את החזון שלהם לגבי איך הם רוצים שהתוכניות האלה ייראו.

Together, we are not just growing BBYO; we are shaping a global community that will empower Jewish teens for generations to come.
