Throughout my BBYO experience thus far, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know countless other teens. With each connection, I’ve made a unique and unbreakable bond.  However, there are a few relationships that are especially close to me, and those are with my counterparts.  During my time with them, I’ve learned that our partnership is vital to fulfilling our positions because of the following reasons: ‍

Two people working as one. During your term, you’ll have to do some things that you may find tedious as a single unit.  However, if it is done with someone, it may turn into a collaborative and enjoyable activity!  Having the opportunity to talk with someone, work, and have fun at the same time are all provided by BBYO.‍

הדרכה ותמיכה. כשמתחילים משהו חדש ולא מוכר, הדרכה היא כלי יקר ערך. חוסר ידיעה כיצד להתמודד עם כל סיטואציה הוא דבר נפוץ מאוד. במצבים כאלה, עדיף שיהיה עמית, שכן תוכלו לשוחח איתו על מה לעשות. למרות שייתכן שלא תעבדו בצורה זהה וייתכן שיהיו חילוקי דעות, תוכלו לחלוק רעיונות זה עם זה כדי להצליח .

חברה הכי טובה חדשה! אחרי זמן מה, תגיעו לנקודה שבה תבינו שהחבר הכי טוב שלכם הוא יותר מאשר מישהו שיש לו את אותו תפקיד בפרק שלכם; אתם יכולים אפילו להפוך לחברים קרובים אם הכל ילך טוב! עבודה עם אדם שאתם מעריכים ומכירים הרבה יותר קלה מאשר אם אתם רחוקים אחד מהשני. שיתוף רגעים איתו ויצירת חדשים יהפכו לקלילים עם הזמן!

זה נורמלי לחלוטין שיהיו ימים רעים; זו הסיבה שהשותף שלך שם בשבילך בכל מה שאתה צריך. הוא יהיה לרשותך בכל עת שתצטרך אותו. אם אינך יכול למלא חובות מסוימות בגלל חוסר אנרגיה או זמן, הוא יכול לעזור לך לעשות זאת.
